How many pages will the Flipbook be?

The Base flipbooks are all 150 pages while the Premium Flipbook is 300 pages (rolling out soon)!

If I buy a custom flipbook, how many seconds of real video footage should I use?

We recommend 1-20 seconds for the base flipbook (150 pages) and 1-40 seconds for the Premium flipbook (300 pages). This ensures high quality flips with a high number of frames per second!

Where are your Flipbooks made?

All material as well as final production, originate from within EU, meeting all EU consumer standards, ensuring outmost quality and a product that will last for a lifetime!

What aspect ratio (shape) does the video need to be?

For no additional white area (other than the base we add ourselves for quality flips), we recommend 16:9 or 9:16. With other aspect ratios (for example 1:1 square), there will simply be a small additional white part in the end. Some customers might prefer it this way as there will be more space to hold and flip the book more effectively!

What if my product is damaged during shipping?

All orders are insured and replaceable if damaged during shipping!

Will it work with any video?

Yes any videos works!

Can I send the flipbook(s) as a gift?

Definitely! You can order for yourself, or send to someone else as a gift!

How many days will it take for the flipbook to be sent?

It takes us 3-5 business days to print & prepare the flipbooks. Then it's a matter of local couriers & postal offices. Normally this takes another 7-10 business days but it can vary depending on your location!
